Earth Friendly. All food produced, or sold is to comply with organic standards as a minimum.

Family Friendly. All projects are drug, cigarette and alcohol free.

Vegetarian Friendly. No raising of animals to kill for food on Earth First farms, no dead animal products to be sold, stored, cooked or consumed in Earth First co-ops.

Community Friendly. Our projects operate by consensus, and we define consensus as the approval of all involved in a decision. There is no voting, those empowered to make a decision have the power to block consensus on that decision. This effectively stalls any further actions or change on this issue until a conflict or disagreement is resolved.

Accountable Process.  All enterprises are to be transparent and open, and active members may attend any meeting on any topic or view any public records of the group. Whilst legal decision making responsibility rests with the trustees, active members are encouraged and empowered to be part of this process.
